Our Cancellation, Return & Exchange policy

We well understand that often, you may need to Cancel, return or exchange the ordered items, and we want to ensure a seamless and stress-free process for you. Cancellation policy

Case 1 - Customer Side Cancellation : Prepaid and COD Orders: You can cancel orders within 24 hours of placement. The payment will be refunded in same bank account within 7 days of cancellation & will be informed via email.

Case 2 - Our Company Side Cancellation : We may cancel orders due to unavailability of materials, incorrect listings, or suspected fraudulent activities. For prepaid orders cancelled by us, the full amount will be refunded to the registered bank account within 7 days. Customers will be notified via email.

Return & Exchange Policy

● Domestic Orders Only: Exchanges are available only for orders within India.
● Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. They should be returned with all original packaging and tags.
● Return & Exchange both are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
● Customer needs to Pack & Ship back to us at our office address given in contact us section.
● Return Courier or shipment logistic charges should be paid by customer.
● Once the product is received back to us , we will issue Complete Refund except bank and transaction charges to the same bank account from which the money was paid within 7 days & notified via email.
